Mild Harissa

Your taste buds are ready for a new adventure - and our Mild Harissa is ready to cozy on up and give them a big bear hug. Our Mild Harissa - 2024 Sauce King NYC GRAND CHAMPION - is a toned down version of our award-winning Hot Harissa. With the heat level turned down a bit - though a more manageable spicy is a distinct part of the deep flavor profile - our Mild Harissa is more roasted red pepper forward but is still bursting with flavor, thanks to a carefully crafted blend punched up with the bold flavors of garlic, lemon, cumin, and chiles. Elfassy is our family’s take on this Maghrebi classic and is Inspired by centuries of culinary tradition passed down from our grandmother Renee Elfassy Fedida—who emigrated from Morocco to New York City in 1959. This modern take on the traditional Moroccan condiment is a favorite among foodies, chefs, and spice enthusiasts alike. Whether you're looking to spice up your next meal or add some excitement to your favorite recipes, our Hot Harissa is the perfect choice. Use it as a marinade for grilled meats, chicken, shrimp or roasted veggies. Mix it into hummus or your other favorite dips, schmear it on a sandwich or burger as your new favorite condiment or add to rice bowls, soups, and stews for an extra kick. With its bold yet balanced flavor, this harissa paste is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. Vegan, Gluten, Dairy, Nut Free. Contains Soy. Please refrigerate after opening.
