Milbon Extended Controller No. 1

Milbon Extended Controller No. 1 rebuilds broken protein bonds by simulating both disulfide and peptide bonds, effectively restoring the hair’s strength and resilience. It creates a robust protective layer by replicating 18-MEA (naturally occurring lipids), securely crosslinked to the cuticle through strong covalent bonds and prevents unexpected and undesirable lightener overheating, thereby minimizing significant damage and breakage. Ensures even, predictable lightening and coloring results by neutralizing the harmful effects of metal buildup.
