Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Straight Bourbon 750 mL

Introducing our exquisite creation - a luxurious straight bourbon whiskey meticulously crafted by the esteemed Master Blender and whiskey expert, Heather Greene, and her talented team. To bring you this unparalleled indulgence, Heather Greene and her team start by artfully blending their own Kentucky straight bourbon, crafted with a carefully selected mash bill that includes malted rye. This unique combination infuses the bourbon with a rich and complex flavor profile, setting the foundation for an extraordinary sensory experience. To elevate the whiskey to new heights of decadence, the team meticulously finishes it with sundried and house-charred French oak. This final touch creates a tantalizing overlay of flavors, enchanting your taste buds with notes of velvety marshmallow, luscious dark fruits, and aromatic baking spices. At a bold and robust proof of 54% ABV, this straight bourbon whiskey delivers a full-textured mouthfeel that truly captivates. Whether you choose to savor it neat, allowing the flavors to envelop your palate, or prefer to add a splash of water to unlock additional subtleties, each sip promises an unforgettable experience. Heather Greene specifically designed this whiskey to hit a "sweet spot" in proof, carefully avoiding the overpowering woody compounds that can overshadow the nuances of other bottles in the market. Instead, the Very Small Batch Bourbon embraces the beauty of "esters," those delicate molecules sought after by talented blenders, which unleash an array of exquisite fruity, floral, and herbal characteristics developed during the mashing and fermentation processes. This bourbon style represents the epitome of elegance and sophistication, offering an unparalleled high-end sipping experience that is often missing from malt-curated bourbon whiskey collections. Prepare to be captivated by the harmonious symphony of flavors and the artistry of craftsmanship found within every bottle.
