Smooth and medium-long, with lingering grain, spearmint, and cinnamon. A gentle warmth carries the sweet spice and herbal notes to a clean close. This bourbon marries classic Kentucky column-distilled whiskey with Milam & Greene’s meticulous blending and aging approach, showcasing their high-malted-rye mash bill. Its Bottled in Bond designation, precise 100-proof bottling, and limited barrel selection highlight a focus on purity, transparency, and flavor integrity. Enjoy neat in a tulip or Glencairn glass to appreciate its layered grain, honey, and spice character, or with a splash of water to open up the malt and floral notes.
