Mikra Pashut

Mikra Pashut is a Hebrew-only title. Mikra Pashut is an innovative edition of the Tanakh designed to make the biblical text more accessible and comprehensible. This edition features full modern punctuation, reorganized chapters and paragraphs, and a visual layout that highlights the structure and inner logic of the text. The goal is to enable readers to understand the text independently and grasp its meaning without requiring external commentaries. This carefully designed edition emphasizes three key elements: Comprehensive modern punctuation: Maximizing the use of contemporary expressive tools. Revised divisions: Chapters, paragraphs, and books of the Tanakh are restructured on all levels. Tailored visual design: Highlighting the chapter's structure, character, and internal coherence. The edition was developed in collaboration with a committee of experts led by Dr. Avi Shveka, aiming to make the Tanakh accessible to today's readers.
