Midori 032 Cotton Rose Envelope Set – Silk-Printed Iyo Washi

Summary This Midori Cotton Rose (Hibiscus mutabilis) envelope set includes six white Iyo washi envelopes finished with iridescent pearl silk-printing. The textured Japanese paper and softly shimmering floral design coordinate with the Midori 031 Cotton Rose Letter Pad, sold separately. Product Story The Cotton Rose (Hibiscus mutabilis) is known for blossoms that open white in the morning and gradually turn pink by evening. Midori interprets this gentle transformation through pearl silk-printing, which gives the floral design an iridescent finish that changes subtly in the light. Made from white Iyo washi, each envelope has a distinctive brush-mark texture that adds a tactile quality to handwritten correspondence. Pair the envelopes with the matching letter pad to carry the Cotton rose design from the page through to the envelope. What makes this special? ✓ Iridescent pearl silk-printing: A softly shimmering finish expresses the Cotton rose’s transition from white to pink. ✓ Textured Iyo washi: Traditional Japanese paper with a distinctive brush-mark surface gives each envelope a tactile character. ✓ Six coordinating envelopes: The set includes six envelopes in one floral design. ✓ Seasonal floral artwork: Bold Cotton Rose (Hibiscus mutabilis) blossoms bring a graceful botanical detail to personal correspondence. ✓ Matching letter paper: Coordinates with the Midori 031 Cotton Rose Letter Pad, sold separately.
