Midnight Blackout Double Curtain Rod

The Umbra Midnight Blackout Double Curtain Rod is a decorative room-darkening window solution that features an innovative wrap-around design which helps prevent light leakage. Allowing your curtain or drapery panel to rest directly against the wall, you simply wrap the panel around the curved end of the rod and tuck it behind the bracket to eliminate exterior light from seeping in. Curved at both ends, curtains will sit flush against the wall and wrap around the window from end-to-end, blocking out light while insulating the room. Whether you're creating the perfect sleeping environment in a bedroom, blacking out a nursery, or simply tired of sunlight sneaking through the sides of your curtains, Midnight delivers genuine light control with everyday reliability.  This thoughtfully engineered rod is more than just hardware. Midnight has a strong and stable 3/4-inch diameter, constructed to hold curtains from light to medium weights, with a maximum capacity of 22 pounds, and this double curtain rod can support 2 curtains and is available in multiple sizes. This curtain rod is made with an eco-friendlier finish that produces 85% less water and solid waste than traditional electroplating finishes. To support the full 22-pound weight capacity, installation of the included center support bracket is required, and Midnight doesn't require a curtain rod bracket, including a steel curtain rod, metal screws, plastic screw anchors, and easy to follow assembly instructions for straightforward setup.  Umbra designs with practicality, innovation, and everyday problem-solving at its core. Our team of international designers brings thought, creativity, and original design to everyday items, and Umbra products are made to last using high quality materials.
