A "Shorty" barbell is a shorter version of a standard barbell, typically used for weightlifting and strength training. These barbells are designed to be more compact and take up less space, making them an ideal choice for home gyms or smaller workout areas. The length of a shorty barbell typically ranges from 4 to 6 feet, compared to the standard 7-foot length for a regular barbell. Since they are shorter, shorty barbells usually have a lower weight capacity than their standard counterparts. Shorty Midas VS.
