The vibration of Ohm is calming, grounding & energizing. Use to relieve body tension, access Qi and the body’s energetic pathways, assist in meditation, and help facilitate yoga poses. The pure sound wave generated by the Mid Ohm Tuning Fork works like kinetic energy to move disharmony & tension from the body, while restoring a sense of well-being. The Mid Ohm Tuning Fork, being middle range, is widely considered the classic Ohm/Om frequency. Use as a single application, or use two Mid Ohms together to form the Mid Ohm Unison. Two Mid Ohm Tuning Forks are considered the foundation tools in the Ohm Therapeutics healing system. RECOMMENDED FOR SELF-CARE AND PROFESSIONAL USE: Acupuncturists, Massage, Sport and Physical Therapists are among a diverse range of healthcare practitioners who incorporate applied sound with tuning forks into their healing practices. Ohm Therapeutics Mid, Low and Osteo Ohm Tuning Forks are in the frequency range (50-150 hz) that is shown to help reduce inflammation and promote healing.
