Microtec Mini Splitter Stand

Simplify garment positioning, improve threadability, and achieve cleaner heat transfer results with the Microtec Mini Splitter Stand. Designed specifically for custom print shops, apparel decorators, and garment manufacturers across North America, this heavy-duty stand creates essential clearance beneath your lower heat press platen, allowing one side of a garment to hang freely while the target area rests completely flat. By isolating a single layer of fabric on the pressing surface, the Microtec Mini Splitter Stand helps you easily work around troublesome obstacles like pockets, metal zippers, heavy side seams, and thick collars. This prevents double-layer press marks, eliminates cold spots caused by uneven hardware height, and significantly reduces the risk of dye migration during transfer application. Constructed from heavy-duty industrial steel, this splitter table mounts securely to compatible heat press models to ensure rock-solid stability during daily high-volume production runs. Key Features & Benefits Enhanced Garment Threadability: Elevates the lower platen to allow t-shirts, hoodies, and jackets to slip on smoothly, keeping the backside of the shirt completely out of the pressing zone. Bypass Zippers, Pockets & Seams: Isolates flat print areas away from bulky hardware and thick seams, ensuring flat contact and consistent transfer adhesion. Dye Migration Prevention: Keeps non-printed garment layers away from heat exposure, reducing unwanted dye sublimation bleed on synthetic fabrics. Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: Engineered for long-lasting commercial shop use without flexing or shifting under pressure. Compact & Easy Assembly: Attaches directly to compatible heat press bases with minimal setup time.
