MicroStop Dry Heat Sterilizer - Mini

What Is the MicroStop Mini Dry Heat Sterilizer? This is a compact dry heat sterilizer built for small salons and independent nail technicians who need reliable tool sterilization without the footprint of a full-size unit. It holds 2 tool sets or 1 sterilization pouch per cycle, with horizontal loading only. Key Features Three sterilization modes — 200°C for 30 minutes, 180°C for 60 minutes, or 160°C for 150 minutes — plus an 80°C/30-minute drying mode. Digital display on the front panel shows temperature and time so you can track the cycle at a glance. Dry heat sterilization preserves the sharpness of your tools through repeated cycles, unlike some other sterilization methods. Compact footprint fits easily on a smaller station or cart. Runs on standard 110V US power. Who It's For Sized for independent nail techs, mobile professionals, and small salons that need a dedicated sterilizer without the space or capacity of a large-format unit. How to Sterilize With It Soak, rinse, and dry your tools before loading them. Load tools onto the tray or into a craft pouch. Avoid blocking more than about 70% of the ventilation openings. Select a mode: use 200°C/30 min, 180°C/60 min, or 160°C/150 min for tray sterilization; for a pouch, use only the 180°C/60 min or 160°C/150 min modes. Start the cycle. The unit takes about 10-15 minutes to reach temperature before the sterilization timer begins counting down. Once the cycle finishes and the signal sounds, let the unit cool to 20-30°C before opening, then power it off. The Mini holds 2 full tool sets on the tray, or 1 sterilization pouch per cycle. Can I sterilize tools in a kraft pouch, or only on the tray? Both. For a pouch, use only the 180°C/60-minute or 160°C/150-minute modes; the tray supports all three sterilization modes, including the 200°C/30-minute cycle. Does the timer start as soon as I select a mode? No. The unit first heats to your selected temperature, which takes about 10-15 minutes, and only then does the sterilization timer begin counting down. Is this a good fit for a home-based or mobile nail business? Yes. Its compact size and horizontal-only loading make it well suited to smaller stations, mobile kits, and independent setups where a full-size sterilizer isn't practical.
