MicroStop Dry Heat Sterilizer - Maxi

The MicroStop Maxi is a professional dry heat sterilizer sized for salons and studios that need to turn over tools quickly during a busy day. Each cycle can process up to 6 full instrument sets or 9 sterilization pouches, loaded horizontally or vertically depending on what's easiest for your setup. How It Handles a Full Chamber Four operating modes: 200°C for 30 minutes, 180°C for 60 minutes, or 160°C for 150 minutes for tray sterilization, plus an 80°C/30-minute drying mode Reaches sterilization temperature in about 15-20 minutes, with temperature held within ±1°C of the set value Internal fan circulates heat evenly through the chamber One-button automatic operation with a front-panel display showing temperature and time Dry heat doesn't dull cutting edges the way some other sterilization methods can Setting It Up Clean, rinse, and fully dry tools before loading — dry heat sterilizers should never go in wet. Arrange tools on the tray or in sterilization pouches, keeping ventilation openings clear. Select a cycle: any of the three sterilization modes work for a tray load, while pouches should only use the 180°C or 160°C modes. Let the unit finish heating before the sterilization timer starts counting down. Allow the chamber to cool before opening, then power down. At roughly 8.9 kg and drawing a maximum of 0.5 kW, the Maxi sits comfortably on a back-bar or utility counter without straining a salon's power setup. It's built for high-volume professional use — large salons and multi-tech stations — rather than a single-operator home setup. Compare it against the rest of the MicroStop dry heat lineup to find the right capacity, or stock up on sterilization pouches sized for this chamber. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Up to 6 full instrument sets, or 9 sterilization pouches, depending on how you load the chamber. Does dry heat sterilization dull my tools? No. Dry heat is gentler on cutting edges than some other sterilization methods. What's the difference between the drying mode and the sterilization modes? The 80°C/30-minute mode is for drying only. Actual sterilization requires one of the three higher-temperature cycles. Does it need special ventilation clearance? It has an internal fan for even heat circulation, so keep the vents unobstructed — but the unit itself doesn't require special external ventilation.
