Microplane HS Ribbon Grater

Features: EFFICIENT GRATING: Every second counts! The bi-directional teeth add speed. Push or pull your food across the blade surface to grate. Already known for the sharpest teeth on their kitchen tools, Microplane just increased the speed of grating. This is the ultimate in cheese grating. "VEGETABLE GRATER: If you want texture and flavor, this cooks tool will make a pile of freshly grated zucchini, apple or carrots that can be added to breads, cakes, and cookies. The way the teeth cut the vegetables keeps the water content and the fiber together- which adds a more robust flavor to baked goods. " ALL PURPOSE: This kitchen tool is an all-around winner. It can be used on spices, coconuts, onion, cabbage, butter, soft cheeses, and other vegetables, and fruits. If you like to make tasty healthy meals, this tool will be constantly in use. MADE in USA:  The Home series cheese grater from Microplane features surgical grade stainless steel blades which have been made in the USA for 25 years.  We are proud to support US jobs and the US economy. DISHWASHER SAFE: Stainless steel is naturally BPA free, as is the plastic used to frame the blade. This product may be placed in the dishwasher for cleaning.
