These edible flowers are ideal for adding a pop of color and a zesty twist to salads, soups, and tropical cocktails. Their citrusy notes also pair beautifully with seafood, ice cream, and chocolate desserts. Whether floating on a creamy soup or garnishing a decadent treat, Micro Marigolds add a fragrant, eye-catching touch that leaves a lasting impression. Recipes and Tips: Micro Marigolds are bright and cheery, bringing a fresh citrus flavor with slightly sour notes and hints of lemon. These versatile blossoms are perfect for finishing off a whiskey sour or a lemon meringue pie. For the best effect, gently float Micro Marigolds on top of cocktails and creamy soups to create a striking visual and aromatic touch. They also shine in seafood dishes like tuna tartar and shrimp cocktail, where their zesty contrast complements the richness of the ingredients. Additionally, using them to garnish desserts such as ice cream or lemon meringue pie not only enhances the dish’s appearance but also adds a refreshing twist to the flavor profile.  Nutritional Facts: Micro Marigolds may be small, but they are packed with nutrients, offering many of the same benefits as their larger counterparts. Rich in antioxidants, they help protect the body from cellular damage. These vibrant petals are an excellent source of vitamin A, which supports eye health, and vitamins C and K, which aid in immune function, skin repair, and overall vitality. While they contain trace amounts of B vitamins, their key benefits stem from their strong anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antibacterial properties. This makes them a great addition to dishes, not only for their flavor but also for their health-boosting potential. Storage and Usage Tips: Store Micro Marigolds in their clamshell packaging and keep them refrigerated at temperatures between 36 to 40°F. This will help maintain their vibrant color, delicate texture, and flavorful punch.
