Micro Clover Seed – Non-GMO Low-Mow Eco-Friendly Lawn Alternative

Imagine a lush, green lawn that practically cares for itself, is safe for bare feet, and helps the planet! Our Micro Clover Seed offers the perfect eco-friendly lawn solution. These non-GMO seeds grow into a dense, beautiful ground cover with tiny leaves, providing all the benefits of clover with minimal upkeep and fewer flowers near the surface. It’s an ideal, climate-friendly gift for families, busy homeowners, or anyone seeking a sustainable and serene outdoor space for holidays, birthdays, or any special occasion! Features: Unique Micro Clover Variety: Features exceptionally small leaves (about 1/4 the size of Dutch White Clover), creating a neat, dense appearance that stays short and attractive. Low-Sting & Family Friendly: When regularly mowed at 2-3 inches, it produces fewer flowers, significantly reducing the number of bees near the surface. This makes it a fantastic, worry-free option for kid and pet friendly lawns. Natural Nitrogen Fixer: As a powerful nitrogen-fixing plant, Micro Clover enriches your soil, eliminating the need for synthetic fertilizers once established. This saves you money and protects groundwater! Reduced Maintenance: Dramatically cuts down on mowing frequency and watering needs. Once established, your Micro Clover lawn will be highly drought tolerant, requiring water only during extended dry periods. Pure Seeds, No Fillers: Unlike other brands, our Micro Clover Seed contains only pure, high-quality seeds, ensuring a dense, uniform stand without unwanted grass fillers. Versatile & Resilient: A robust perennial (USDA Hardiness Zones 3-9) that thrives in Full Sun to Shade and adapts well to various soil types (clay, silt, loam, and even sand). Benefits: Spend less time on burdensome lawn care and more time enjoying your outdoor space! Our Micro Clover Seed delivers a beautiful, low-maintenance lawn that saves you significant time, money, and resources (water, fertilizer, fuel). Feel proud knowing you're making a positive environmental impact by reducing your carbon footprint and supporting a natural ecosystem. This climate-friendly lawn promotes biodiversity, enhances soil health, and contributes to a net-zero lifestyle, all while providing a lush, green carpet that's a joy to look at and walk on. What To Expect When Using Flawn Seed: With consistent watering, Micro Clover typically germinates in 1-2 weeks, with small plants emerging over the first couple of months. Regular watering after seeding and throughout dry periods is crucial for successful establishment. Expect a lush, green ground cover. While it rarely blooms when regularly mowed, leaving it to grow wild will allow for some small flowers that benefit pollinators. How To Start Your Flowering Lawn Journey: Prepare: No need to remove existing grass! Simply mow your lawn very short (0.5-1 inch) and lightly rake to loosen the soil surface. Spread: Hand-spread the seeds evenly over your lawn, one pinch at a time, ensuring good coverage. Water: Water lightly but frequently after seeding, ensuring the soil and emerging seedlings don't dry out. Seeding Timing: Micro Clover is easy to establish and can be seeded in spring, summer, or fall. For dormant seeding, spread in late fall when the ground is frozen, or over fresh snow on a calm winter day. In spring, wait until the ground thaws and soil temperatures reach around 55 degrees (e.g., late April to early May in upper Midwest states). Avoid seeding before hot, dry periods to ensure proper germination. Designed for overseeding into existing grass, but increase the seeding rate for bare soil areas. Maintaining Your Flawn: Mowing: Mow regularly at about 2-3 inches to maintain smaller leaves and reduce flower production (ideal for low-sting areas). Once established, you can adjust mowing frequency as desired. No Pesticides: Do not use pesticide weed or insect killers. Hand-weed if necessary or desired. Fertilizer: Micro Clover naturally fixes nitrogen into the ground, so fertilizer needs are minimal, if at all, once established. Watering: Once established, your Micro Clover lawn requires much less watering, typically only during extended dry periods. Pairs Well With: Fine Fescue (Low Mow) Grass, Crimson Clover, Self-Heal, Creeping Thyme. Ready for the ultimate low-maintenance, eco-friendly lawn?
