MEYLE Front Stabilizer Link Right Tesla Model 3 & Model Y

Description Upgrade and restore your Tesla's front suspension with the MEYLE HD Front Stabilizer Link, designed for the right-hand side of the front suspension on select Tesla Model 3 and Model Y applications. Also known as a sway bar link, stabilizer bar link, anti-roll bar link, or coupling rod, this component connects the front stabilizer bar to the suspension and helps transfer suspension forces between the chassis and suspension. The MEYLE HD 70-16 060 0009/HD is a reinforced replacement designed for applications using Tesla OE references 1188396-00-B, 1044396-00-D, or 1044396-00-C. Its reinforced construction makes it an excellent choice when replacing a worn factory stabilizer link or refreshing the front suspension. A worn stabilizer link can produce noticeable front-end knocking, rattling, or clunking, particularly when driving over bumps or uneven pavement. Replacing the link can help restore proper suspension response, cornering stability, and a more controlled driving feel. Why Choose the MEYLE HD Version? The MEYLE HD line is designed as a technically enhanced alternative to standard replacement components. MEYLE's HD stabilizer links use an enlarged ball-head design intended to reduce surface pressure and wear while improving durability. For Tesla owners looking for a durable replacement for a worn front stabilizer link, the MEYLE HD version provides an upgraded aftermarket option while retaining the original suspension mounting configuration. Tesla Model Y Applicable Model Y vehicles using the corresponding Tesla OE stabilizer-link references. Catalog listings identify the component for Model Y applications including Performance and Long Range AWD configurations. Important Fitment Note Tesla has used multiple suspension component revisions throughout Model 3 and Model Y production. Always verify that your vehicle uses one of the listed Tesla OE numbers before ordering: 1188396-00-B, 1044396-00-D, or 1044396-00-C. For newer vehicles or vehicles with suspension revisions, VIN or original-part-number verification is recommended. What Does the Front Stabilizer Link Do? The stabilizer link connects the vehicle's front stabilizer bar to the suspension. During cornering, the stabilizer bar helps resist differences in suspension movement between the left and right sides of the vehicle. The stabilizer link transfers these forces between the suspension and stabilizer bar. A properly functioning stabilizer link helps contribute to: Reduced body roll Improved cornering stability More predictable handling Better suspension response Consistent front-end behavior Reduced unwanted suspension movement Signs of a Worn Stabilizer Link A worn stabilizer link can develop play at its joints or mounting points. Common symptoms include: Front-end clunking Knocking over bumps Rattling from the suspension Clicking or tapping noises Increased body roll Less precise handling Loose-feeling front suspension Noise when driving over uneven pavement If your Model 3 or Model Y develops a repetitive knocking or clunking noise from the front suspension, the stabilizer links should be inspected along with the other suspension components. Reinforced MEYLE HD Construction The MEYLE HD version is designed as a strengthened aftermarket alternative to standard replacement stabilizer links. MEYLE's HD stabilizer-link design incorporates an enlarged ball-head concept intended to reduce surface pressure and wear at the joint, helping improve durability under repeated suspension movement. This makes the MEYLE HD stabilizer link a strong option for customers looking to replace a worn factory link with an upgraded aftermarket component. Direct Replacement Design The MEYLE HD stabilizer link is designed around the factory suspension mounting configuration for vehicles using the corresponding Tesla OE part numbers. This allows the worn original stabilizer link to be replaced without changing the vehicle's overall suspension design. Right-Side Application This product is specifically designed for the front right/passenger side. Right Side: MEYLE 70-16 060 0009/HD MEYLE recommends the corresponding 70-16 060 0008/HD for the opposite side, and aftermarket catalogs list the left and right stabilizer links as paired components. For customers replacing both front stabilizer links, replacing them as a pair is recommended. Installation Professional installation is recommended. The stabilizer link is a suspension component and should be installed according to the manufacturer's recommended procedures and torque specifications. Inspect the stabilizer bar, suspension mounting points, and opposite stabilizer link for wear or damage while performing the repair. A wheel alignment is generally not required solely from replacing a stabilizer link. However, an alignment should be performed if other suspension components are replaced or if alignment symptoms are present. Important Notes Front right/passenger-side application. Sold individually.
