Mexican Chocolate Coffee

Part of our 'Glen Rose Collection' of delicious coffees. Roast: Medium Meet the Deinonychus, the cleverest "Terrible Claw" in the Paluxy River basin and the ultimate mastermind behind our Mexican Chocolate Flavored Coffee. Don't let his smaller stature fool you—this raptor packs a punch of flavor that’s as sharp as his sickle-shaped toe claw. While the bigger brutes are stomping around, the Deinonychus is using his superior agility to scout out the most sophisticated beans in Glen Rose. He’s a social hunter who knows that the best things in life come in packs—specifically a pack of chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla notes. This raptor-approved brew is roasted in small, tactical batches to a smooth medium, ensuring every sip is as precise as a pounce. He’s a bit of a night owl of the Cretaceous; while he’s delicious on his own during the morning hunt, he really shines as a "post-grazing" cordial when paired with a little Tequila or Kahlua for those late-night campfire roars. With a personality that’s agile, spicy, and a little bit cunning, he appreciates the natural flavoring oils that are applied while the beans are still warm—just like a fresh discovery in the Texas brush. Deinonychus’s Tasting Notes: The Sickle Strike: A sharp, instant hit of rich chocolate and warm cinnamon. The Pack Leader: A smooth vanilla finish that brings all the flavors together in perfect coordination. The Raptor's Reserve: Exceptional for those who want a brew with enough "bite" to keep them on their toes but enough sweetness to keep them civilized. Whether you're dodging an apex predator or just a Monday morning, this coffee is your secret weapon. It’s a prehistoric party in a mug that’ll have you leaping for joy!
