Quick Breads - Mexicali Corn Bread Mix

A Southwestern Sensation Discover the irresistible charm of our Mexicali Cornbread Mix, inspired by a life-changing culinary experience in the heart of Texas. This isn't your ordinary cornbread – it's a spicy, cheesy masterpiece that will transform your perception of this classic side dish. I was never a big fan of cornbread, but on our last excursion to Texas, I became an addict. At an unpretentious rest stop, we were served a spicy, cheesy cornbread alongside a heaping bowl of chili and a flagon of beer. That's where our journey began, and we've recreated that magic for you to enjoy at home. Our Mexicali Cornbread Mix offers the perfect balance of heat and cheese, with a hearty texture ideal for soaking up savory dishes. The flavor profile is bold enough to stand proudly on its own, making it a versatile addition to any meal. Whether you're pairing it with your favorite chili, using it as a base for a Southwestern-inspired stuffing, or simply enjoying it solo, our Mexicali Cornbread will be the talk of your table. Easy to prepare and impossible to resist, this mix brings the bold flavors of the Southwest to your kitchen. It's perfect for chili night, barbecues, Tex-Mex feasts, or any meal needing a spicy, cheesy kick. Get ready to fall in love with cornbread all over again! Kraft Tube (12oz.)
