MermAId® Essential+

MermAId® Essential+ enables real-time transcription, alerting, and logging from nearly any radio or audio source. Featuring three standard 3.5 mm audio input, Essential connects directly to line-level or speaker-level outputs, transforming existing radio infrastructure into searchable, structured intelligence. Customers commonly integrate MermAId® Essential using an audio splitter from a radio’s speaker-out port or a dedicated line-out feed from the radio’s accessory connector. No changes to existing RF systems are required since mermAId operates passively, ingesting audio while your radios continue operating normally. MermAId® devices can be used with a mobile device, laptop, or with a mermAId touchscreen device (sold separately). The first release of MermAId® Essential performs live transcription, translation, audio recording, and logging into a searchable database. Additional functionality will be delivered via over-the-air updates in future releases. The current user interface is shown in the images on this product page. ** When purchasing, please let your sales rep or us at Mermaid know what radio will be interfacing with the Essential+, so we can ensure proper cabling is sent. ** Link To Datasheet
