Merican - M6N Red Light Therapy Bed

Merican M6N Advanced Full-Body Red Light Therapy Bed with 41,600 EPISTAR® LEDs, 5-Wavelength Independent Control, and Full-Cabin Design The Merican M6N is a full-cabin red light therapy bed an enclosed lying-down format that surrounds the user on all sides within a streamlined tunnel structure, delivering uniform full-body light coverage from above and below simultaneously. The full-cabin design is the M6N's most significant architectural distinction from open-top clamshell beds: the user lies within a closed enclosure rather than between two open surfaces, which produces a more immersive treatment environment and eliminates the peripheral light loss that occurs at the edges of open-format systems. The result is consistent irradiance delivery across the complete body surface 100 to 120 mW/cm² at user level the highest user-level irradiance of any lying-down bed in the Merican range. 41,600 EPISTAR® LEDs Merican Optical Energy Research Center technology The M6N's light system is built around 41,600 EPISTAR® diodes developed in conjunction with next-generation LED composite light source technology from the Merican Optical Energy Research Center. Precision optical filtering is integrated into the panel design to maintain wavelength stability and consistent energy output across the full treatment surface across the operational life of the unit. The 18,720-LED active array delivers 129 mW/cm² at LED level, translating to 100 to 120 mW/cm² at user level a significantly higher user-level figure than open-top bed formats achieve with comparable LED-level output, because the enclosed cabin geometry minimises peripheral light dispersion. EPISTAR® diodes are rated to 100,000 hours; at multiple sessions daily in a commercial environment, the array maintains its calibrated output for years without diode replacement. Five independent wavelengths with intelligent temperature monitoring and overheat protection The M6N operates across five wavelengths red at 633nm and 660nm, and near-infrared at 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm each independently controllable through the touchscreen interface. The combination of five independently selectable channels and both continuous wave and pulsed delivery modes gives operators broad protocol flexibility from a single unit. The enclosed cabin format makes thermal management more critical than in open systems, and the M6N addresses this directly: built-in temperature sensing technology continuously monitors internal conditions and automatically regulates temperature throughout each session. A separate automatic overheat protection system monitors operating temperatures independently, activates cooling functions, and triggers audible alerts if temperature limits are exceeded ensuring client safety and system integrity under continuous commercial use. Side body fans, mobility wheels, customisable front panel, and Bluetooth surround audio The M6N includes side body fans as an active airflow component alongside the temperature monitoring system managing the thermal environment at the client surface rather than only at the system level. Integrated mobility wheels allow the unit to be repositioned within a facility despite its 380 kg net weight, providing operational flexibility for facilities that reconfigure treatment room layouts or share space across use cases. A customisable front panel is available for rebranding allowing the M6N to be presented under a facility's own brand identity rather than the Merican name, a feature specific to this model within the range. The built-in Bluetooth surround sound speaker system allows clients to stream audio from their own devices during sessions, enhancing the immersive quality of the enclosed cabin environment. 6,500W at 220V or 380V, touchscreen plus T-Max control, FDA and CE certified At 6,500W the M6N requires a dedicated circuit with breaker and RCD/GFCI protection, available at either 220V or 380V depending on local facility infrastructure. The control architecture follows the broader Merican commercial standard: integrated touchscreen for in-unit session management, wireless tablet support for remote operation, and T-Max integration for multi-unit facility management. Merican holds FDA registration, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE, and RoHS compliance certifications a set of internationally recognised quality and safety standards that are relevant to any clinical or medical aesthetics environment where regulatory compliance is a purchasing consideration. The M6N is covered by a 5-year warranty on the main unit structure and core components, and a 1-year warranty on acrylic components.
