Merican - M2N Red Light Therapy Panel

Merican M2N Professional Full-Body Red Light Therapy Panel with 9,600 EPISTAR® LEDs, Height-Adjustable Stand, and 180° Rotating Panel The Merican M2N is a professional red and near-infrared light therapy panel built around a height-adjustable, 180°-rotating stand that makes it one of the most adaptable light therapy systems in its class. Unlike bed-format systems that fix the client into a single position for each session, the M2N can be angled, raised, or lowered to direct light precisely where each session requires it full-body standing exposure, targeted area treatment, or seated recovery work all from the same unit without moving the client. The compact footprint and integrated mobility wheels mean it can be repositioned between treatment areas or stored away when not in use, making it a practical choice for both commercial spaces where room layout matters and professional environments where versatility across clients and protocols is the priority. 9,600 EPISTAR® LEDs 129 mW/cm² at LED level, ~30 mW/cm² at user level The M2N's treatment surface is built around 9,600 EPISTAR® high-performance diodes delivering 129 mW/cm² at LED level and approximately 30 mW/cm² at the user's skin surface across the full panel area. EPISTAR® is a premium LED component specification the same diode technology used across the broader Merican commercial range rated to 100,000 hours of operational life. That lifespan figure means a unit in daily professional use will maintain consistent, calibrated output for years without diode replacement or output degradation becoming a clinical concern. There is no warm-up period, no UV output, and no lamp replacement cycle to manage. Five wavelengths red 633nm and 660nm, near-infrared 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm The M2N operates across five wavelengths: red at 633nm and 660nm, and near-infrared at 810nm, 850nm, and 940nm. Red wavelengths at 633nm and 660nm are absorbed primarily in the more superficial layers of tissue. The near-infrared wavelengths particularly 850nm and 940nm penetrate to greater depth, reaching muscle and joint tissue. This five-wavelength range gives practitioners a broad treatment toolkit from a single panel unit, covering both surface-level and deeper tissue applications without switching equipment. Recommended session duration is 20 to 25 minutes, slightly longer than bed-format systems to account for the panel's targeted rather than total-surround delivery. Height-adjustable stand, 180° rotation, and integrated mobility wheels The stand mechanism provides 30 cm (12 in) of height adjustment, allowing the panel to be positioned correctly for users of different heights in both standing and seated treatment configurations. The 180° panel rotation means the treatment surface can be angled from vertical to horizontal and to any position between directing light upward, downward, or at any angle the treatment position requires. The integrated wheels allow the full unit to be rolled between rooms or repositioned within a space without disassembly, which matters in multi-use commercial environments where the M2N may be sharing floor space with other equipment and needs to be moved in and out of position efficiently. At 65 kg net weight, it is manageable for repositioning by one or two staff members. A professional red and near-infrared light therapy panel with height-adjustable stand and 180° rotating panel.
