Do not purchase a donor simply because it is listed for the same Mercedes-Benz model or year. These modules can vary by vehicle configuration, and similar-looking modules may not be interchangeable. Verify the complete part number on both modules before purchasing. If you are unsure whether your donor is correct, send us clear photos of the labels on your original and replacement modules and we can verify them before you ship. What You Send Us You must send: Your original trunk / liftgate control module A replacement module with the exact same part number A note containing your order number and vehicle information The original module must be electronically readable so the required data can be retrieved. What You Receive Your replacement module will be programmed using the data from your original module and returned prepared for installation. Your original module will also be returned.
