The Colonel Journal

Harken back with me for a moment, if you will.   There was a time, not so long ago, when a man’s words meant something.  And I don’t just mean his promises, or his agreements… although those mattered too (hopefully). I’m talking about his written words themselves. They were his own carefully preserved record. They laid down his little slice of history, and guaranteed that his descendants could peer back into a bygone era, long after he had departed. That’s the importance of personal history; and every man wants to write his piece, whether he’s a Full-Bird Colonel or just an Infantryman.   Give him the tools to do that with grace.  Show him that his words matter with a journal lasts through the ages; and give him the inspiration he needs to remember the days of yore, while looking dutifully to the future. Inspired by the Civil War letters, which lay down some of the most meaningful first-hand accounts of American history, we bring you the “Colonel Journal.”   Leather bound. Personalized. Classic. – Even the most unpretentious of men may find that he, in fact, does have a literary side.   Or maybe he’ll just doodle… that’s fine too. The Colonel Journal is genuine cowhide leather 100, 200 sides and unlined. It’s available in brown leather and sizes at 7″ X 5″ X 0.5″. The personalization is laser engraved, making for the perfect gift to a man with the more intellectual side.
