More cushioning means less impact and extra comfort. Less cushioning means a faster and more responsive running experience. Every shoe offers a unique running sensation or 'ride' depending on its design. Stable: A supportive feel for added stability. Suitable for runners of any level. Neutral: Works with the natural rolling motion of your foot for a smooth ride. Forward rolling: Engineered to encourage forward momentum, with energy return you can feel. Race: Maximum propulsion meets responsiveness for the moments when speed matters. Heel to toe drop is the difference in height between the heel and the forefoot. In a shoe with a drop of 7mm, your heel will sit 7mm higher than your forefoot. Shoes with a lower drop tend to place more load on the ankles and are generally better for midfoot and forefoot strikers. Shoes with a higher drop tend to place more load on the knees and hips and generally better for heel strikers.
