Melt is a beautifully distorted surface light in a modern finish. Featuring our integrated LED module, this Tom Dixon wall light creates a mesmerizing melting hot-blown glass effect when on and a mirror-finish effect when off. It is made in Germany using a high tech manufacturing technique to achieve a perfect melted orb. Obsessed with the idea of creating an imperfect, organic and naturalistic lighting object, Melt was created in collaboration with FRONT – a Swedish design collective. Melt is evocative of molten glass, the interior of a melting glacier, or images of deep space.
