Melon Sweet Crescent

The Horned Melon, also known as the Kiwano, is a type of fruit. It has a long cone-shaped body, resembling a horn, hence the name Horned Melon.  It’s an early to mid-season variety with a strong growth habit and female flowers that are densely packed on the secondary vines, high-yielding, and has strong disease resistance. When ripe, the fruit turns a grayish-white color and takes around 28 days to mature. The fruit is about 25 centimeters long, weighing around 1.2-2.3 pounds each.  The flesh is ~2cm thick,  green with orange-yellow pulp, with a sweet and crispy texture. 羊角蜜甜瓜，是一种水果。果实长锥形，一端大，一端稍细而尖，细长如羊角，故名羊角蜜。早中熟品种，植株长势强，子蔓结瓜，雌花密。果实成熟后果实成灰白绿色，坐果28天左右成熟。果肉绿色，瓜瓤桔黄，果长25厘米左右，单瓜重1.2-2.3斤，口感香甜酥脆。果肉厚2厘米左右，高产，抗病性强。
