melissa set

La Coqueta’s Melissa Baby Set is a timeless expression of classic Spanish childrenswear, thoughtfully designed with elegant heritage details that make every occasion feel special. Beautifully crafted from a softly textured woven fabric in a delicate dusty blue hue, this charming two-piece set combines refined tailoring with feminine finishing touches, making it a beautiful choice for autumn and winter celebrations. The long-sleeved top features a softly gathered silhouette that drapes effortlessly over the coordinating bloomers, creating a graceful shape that offers comfort and freedom of movement for little ones. A statement sailor-inspired collar is framed with crisp white cotton and contrasting burgundy velvet trim, while a delicate velvet bow at the neckline adds a signature La Coqueta finishing touch. Soft ruffle detailing beneath the yoke enhances the design with gentle volume, creating an elegant silhouette inspired by traditional European childrenswear. Long sleeves are softly gathered into elasticated frill cuffs, each finished with matching burgundy velvet bows for a beautifully coordinated finish. The matching bloomers complete the set with gently elasticated waist and leg openings, ensuring a comfortable fit while maintaining the set's timeless silhouette. Concealed button fastenings at the back make dressing effortless, and every detail is lovingly crafted in La Coqueta’s family-owned ateliers using time-honoured techniques that celebrate exceptional craftsmanship. Perfect for christenings, birthdays, family gatherings and festive celebrations, the Melissa Baby Set pairs beautifully with knitted tights, classic leather baby shoes and a cosy wool cardigan for an effortlessly elegant seasonal look.
