Melatonin Extra - 3mg.

Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland in the center of the brain. Melatonin helps the body establish healthy sleep patterns and influences energy and general health. It is a powerful antioxidant. Melatonin was discovered by Dr. Aaron Lerner at Yale University in 1958. Since then, research has revealed that it is produced abundantly early in life, with declining amounts around puberty. It is secreted by the pineal mostly at night. By supplementing the body's natural ability to make melatonin, many people have reported notable benefits. Since melatonin helps maintain or promote the body's natural sleep rhythm, it should only be taken before bedtime so that you are not drowsy during the day. When used properly, it will not reduce normal alertness after a full night of rest.
