Description MEGA EGCG offers a high dose extract of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a polyphenolic compound from green tea known for its potent antioxidant properties. MEGA EGCG has potential for assisting in a broad range of conditions. It may help protect the decline in neurological health due to aging and also may help promote regeneration of hippocampus. Ingredients Green Tea (Camelia Sinensis) 95% Extract (standardized to 45% EGCG equiv. 225mg).....500 mg Other Ingredients Vegetable cellulose (hypromellose); Vegetable Stearic Acid; Microcrystalline Cellulose and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. Useful Information 2 to 3 capsules daily, or as recommended by a health care provider. Caution for pregnancy and nursing as EGCG may block bortezomib's antitumor effects. Warning: Prolonged green tea extract supplementation may increase hepatic oxidative stress, inflammation, and liver injury.
