this piece is a beautiful rendition of an anatomical heart, which i carved a while ago. i have had such an amazing response from this piece. people are drawn to it. this heart can be worn by a man or a woman, and can be gifted to a man or a woman. get it for yourself, get it for a friend, get for a lover. It is appropriate for all. it comes on 19 inch antique matching chain and can be adjusted to 18 inches with a hand made clasp. The heart is solid brass and has a nice weight to it. the heart measures just under an inch. I can ship immediately. The sterling silver version comes on a hefty silver 18" chain with a sturdy clasp.
