Meditatzya VeHaTanakh

Prophecy is one of the most mysterious enigmas of the Bible. It involves entering a heightened and unique state of consciousness about which we know almost nothing. What are the characteristics of this state of consciousness? How and when does it occur? Can we enter this state of consciousness even without experiencing prophecy? And if so, how should we do it, and what can we gain from it? This groundbreaking book answers these questions while providing us with practical tools to practice Biblical meditation today, in our personal lives. Meditatzya VeHaTanakh offers a radical analysis of the Bible, drawing from the vast world of Kabbalistic literature, including ancient sources that have yet to be published, and demonstrates how meditation played a central role in the methods used by the prophets. The author combines ancient Kabbalistic techniques with contemporary research on meditation, introducing us to the realms where the key to meditative consciousness lies: the mystery of the Cherubim, the role of music, body postures, emotions, the ten Sefirot, and more.
