Guided Meditation Class - Stress Relief & Inner Peace

Group Meditation Class Book a group meditation up to 10 people for $150 for a 1 hour session, or $250 for $20 people. Tiffany is a Reiki Master, Medium, Akashic Records, Certified in ThetaHealing® completing Basic DNA and Advanced DNA training seminars  in the ThetaHealing® technique, trained in Neurolinguistics, Clairaudient, Clairsentient, Clairvoyant, and is an Empath.  She offers a variety of healing modalities to assist you in your healing growth process. Tiffany Farley is trained in a variety of healing modalities.  Our group sessions are more than just an average Meditation Class. Tiffany Farley combines reiki and theta in her guided Meditation practice. She will help guide the group to experience  greater peace, focus, and relaxation provided by meditation and tapping into a side you may not know existed. Meditating on your own or with an app can sometimes be challenging or confusing, Tiffany Farley seeks to give you the personal attention, support, and guidance you need to seek a deeper level of Meditation.  Through our live virtual group meditation sessions, or in person, she offers a space for perspective-gaining dialogue and personal guided meditations to help you feel better, explore your mind and spirituality, and open your heart.  For more information regarding classes, events, & retreats, please email hello@aweststylestory.com.
