Meditation

The goal of Transcendental Meditation is to transcend ordinary thinking and experience a state of pure consciousness or restful awareness, where the mind is calm yet fully alert. During this process, thoughts naturally arise, and the aim is to gently let them drift away, returning to the mantra. The artist depicts this sacred space as a crystal-like base, with thoughts represented as dark clouds.
