MediPeel Naite Thread Neck Cream

"Naite Thread" refers to the aesthetic thread-lift procedure — where fine threads are inserted under the skin to physically tighten the neck and jawline. Medi-Peel's cream mimics this concept topically: Dextran (a polysaccharide that forms a tightening film on the skin surface) and Sr-Spider Polypeptide-1 (a spider silk-inspired tensile protein) create an immediate tensioning effect while 8 peptides work longer-term on collagen and elastin. The neck is one of the first areas to show aging — thinner skin, less sebaceous activity, and constant movement accelerate collagen loss there faster than the face. This Korean neck cream addresses that with the most peptide-dense neck formula in its price category. 100ml. Syn-Ake (Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate) — Synthetic Snake Venom Peptide — Syn-Ake is a tripeptide that mimics the mechanism of Waglerin-1, a protein in the venom of the Temple Viper snake; it temporarily blocks the muscular nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), preventing the muscle signal that causes dynamic wrinkle contractions — the same mechanism as Botox but topical and reversible; Medi-Peel's own clinical data shows 21% smoother skin after 28 days at 0.15–0.25%; Syn-Ake is one of the most premium and clinically documented peptides in skincare and is rarely found in formulas under $40 Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 (Leuphasyl) + Palmitoyl Dipeptide-5 Diaminobutyroyl Hydroxythreonine — Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 is a patented peptide manufactured in France that stimulates collagen synthesis via the TGF-β (transforming growth factor beta) pathway — a more direct collagen-building signal than Matrixyl; Palmitoyl Dipeptide-5 Diaminobutyroyl Hydroxythreonine (Leuphasyl) is a pentapeptide that works synergistically with Argireline to reduce expression-line depth by a dual enkephalin receptor mechanism; together they address both collagen loss and dynamic wrinkles Acetyl Octapeptide-3 (Snap-8) + rh-Polypeptide-1 (rh-EGF) + rh-Oligopeptide-2 (rh-bFGF) — Snap-8 is the strongest expression-line relaxing peptide (more potent than Argireline); rh-Polypeptide-1 is recombinant human Epidermal Growth Factor (rh-EGF), which signals keratinocyte proliferation and accelerates skin renewal; rh-Oligopeptide-2 is recombinant human basic Fibroblast Growth Factor (rh-bFGF), which stimulates fibroblast activity for collagen and elastin synthesis; these three plus Rh-Polypeptide-4 and Rh-Polypeptide-16 bring the total to 8 distinct peptide mechanisms in a single formula Dextran + Sr-Spider Polypeptide-1 — The "Thread Lift" Film — Dextran is a fermentation-derived polysaccharide that forms a flexible, tightening film on the skin surface — the "naite thread" effect; Sr-Spider Polypeptide-1 is inspired by spider silk protein (one of the strongest natural materials by weight), adding a tensile, elasticity-supporting quality to the surface film; together they create the immediate physical tightening sensation that makes this cream distinctive as a neck treatment vs a standard anti-aging face cream Hydrolyzed Collagen + Hydrolyzed Elastin + Niacinamide + Adenosine — Hydrolyzed Collagen provides surface film-forming and humectancy alongside structural protein fragments; Hydrolyzed Elastin targets the elastin network specifically — addressing the snapping-back resilience that the neck loses first; Niacinamide brightens and reinforces barrier; Adenosine has clinical evidence for wrinkle reduction and elasticity improvement; Sweet Almond Oil + Beeswax + Dimethicone provide occlusive moisture sealing Apply morning and evening to the neck and décolleté using upward strokes. Can also be used on the face as a premium anti-aging cream. Has fragrance. 100ml. Korean skincare at Olive Kollection since 2018 — free shipping on orders over $40.
