Medicine Balls 8lb - 20lb Set

The SMAI Medicine Ball is back in black, with a new matte black color that will look the part in any gym. Featuring an improved design that was created to withstand the high impact which occurs during repetitive wall or target hits during your workout. Used for conditioning training, these weighted balls can be used for squat vertical throws, side throws, passing training, repetitive throwing to a target and core training. Due to its larger diameter than a medicine ball or slam ball, the wall ball provides a unique throwing and catching challenge.  Wall balls should not be used for slamming workouts - we recommend the slam ball for high impact workouts.  Set Inclusions: 1x 8lb Wall Ball 1x 10lb Wall Ball 1x 14lb Wall Ball 1x 20lb Wall Ball
