Whether cutting lumber or other materials, this system provides a flexible solution for professional and industrial settings. What Is a Saw Measuring System with Flip Foot? The Flip Foot Saw Measuring System features an extruded aluminum rail with a machined block assembly. It is suitable for various saw types, including Radial Arm Saws, Crosscut Power Saws, Beam Saws, and Miter Saws on stands. The steel bracket attaches the flip foot to the rail. This allows the foot to glide smoothly and be quickly flipped out of the way after each cut. This versatility makes it perfect for cutting stations requiring precise, repeatable measurements and is ideal for carpentry shops, manufacturing plants, woodworking stations, and educational institutions. Key Features  Efficient, Repeatable Cuts: Set your desired measurement, move the material against the flip foot, and cut. After cutting, flip the foot up to remove the material without adjusting the measurement, enabling faster, more efficient workflows. Flexible Configuration: Available in 4′, 6′, and 8′ sections that can be connected to reach up to 32′. This flexibility allows you to adapt the system to your workspace and project size. Durable Construction: Crafted from heavy-duty aluminum extrusions and steel components, the system is built to withstand the daily demands of industrial use. Customizable Stops: Add extra flip foot assemblies to set multiple standard stops for quick switching between frequently used measurements without reconfiguring the setup. Right and Left Side Mounting Options: Choose mounting configurations on the left or right side of the saw. The part numbers indicate the preferred side (-L for left and -R for right), allowing for left-to-right or right-to-left measurement reading. Customization Options for the Flip Foot Saw Measuring System Standard and Longer Flip Foot: A longer flip foot option is available upon request for applications requiring more distance from the blade. Multiple Lengths and Mounting Options: Available in lengths from 4′ to 32′, with mounting options for both the left and right sides of the saw. Additional Flip Foot Sliders: Order extra Flip Foot Sliders to create multiple stops along the rail, allowing for flexibility and repeatable cuts at various points along the measuring system. These customization options make it adaptable and provide tailored solutions for any workspace or cutting application.
