1 Month Meal Plan

What to expect: We will go over your goals, get an idea of what foods you like/dislike so that were able to give you a sustainable meal plan. Weekly check ins with adjustment as needed. Please note- if you're plan is working, we will not make weekly adjustments. The ultimate goal is for you to have macros that are working! This will NOT include workouts. Things we will expect from you: Pick a day in the beginning for your check ins and check in on that day every week. If you do not check in, I will assume that you're good for the week. Check ins need to be emailed to jonesfitness727@outlook.com with front and back pics, updated weight, and overall paragraph of how you're feeling. You can even grade yourself with how you did for the week with an A for perfect and F for failure. We look forward to working with you! :)
