The flashlight is designed for one rechargeable protected 21700 cell. The runtime is dependent on the capacity of the battery(s) used.  An approximate runtime can be figured using the following equation.  The capacity of the battery(s) ÷ the draw = Runtime.  Then subtract 15 to 20% to compensate for overall inefficiency in the system. Example Runtime calculations: M61 SHO using one 5000mah 21700 battery:  5 A ÷ 2.2 A = 2.27 hrs - 0.45 = 1.82 hrs. So expect approx. 1.8+ hrs of full output runtime Made in the USA. Some parts not domestically sourced. WARNING: This light is capable of causing eye damage at close range. Please use the light responsibly!!!
