Mcpeek Moose

This striking 20“ x 20“ canvas print captures the bold spirit of Colorado high country through a loose, expressive impressionist style. Painted while I was living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, this piece, radiates, energy, movement, and modern color – and it sold immediately after its creation. Vibrant, reds, oranges, yellows, aqua, and turquoise dance through the strokes, balanced by soft, neutral tones that ground the composition. The brushwork is intentionally, rough and free, allowing texture and color to take centerstage and giving the peace its contemporary, high impact-feel. Three moose spring life and narrative to the scene: two stand confidently, while a third drinks, quietly, adding depth, balance, and a sense of calm. This artwork is one of my personal favorites – bold, joyful, and full of character. It’s perfect for collectors who love, modern mountain art, statement, pieces, and the wild beauty of the Rockies. A stunning focal point for any space, this print brings life to any space in your home. This print can be made in any size per request. If you need help, please reach out to me. It looks best in its original format being square. by Sarah Juschka at Blue Moose Art Gallery
