McCormick Culinary Garlic Powder, 6.0 lb

McCormick Culinary Garlic Powder is a kitchen staple that adds a flavorful kick to everything from culinary sensations to simple meals. Garlic powder seasoning begins with whole heads of fresh garlic. The cloves are then separated and dried before being ground to a fine powder. This version of McCormick Culinary Garlic Powder comes in a 6-pound container, making it perfect for restaurants, catering services, hospital cafeterias and other hospitality businesses that serve a large number of people on a daily basis. Keep it with your back-of-house spices and use it during bulk preparation or to refill smaller containers so that you can have your garlic powder where you need it. McCormick Garlic Powder has many culinary uses. Use garlic powder to add flavor to oils, which you can pour on pasta, bread and vegetables. Garlic can also bring out the character of butter while the butter's creaminess mellows the garlic. Mix garlic powder seasoning with softened butter and roll into a log before wrapping and freezing. Cut slices to dress steamed vegetables, garnish a baked potato or top grilled steak. The powder is kosher with no MSG added, so you can feel confident serving it to all your guests, whether at your restaurant, cookout, cafeteria, dining hall or catering event. For recipes that call for fresh garlic, substitute 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder for every clove. Please note that this listing is for garlic power, which is more finely ground than granulated garlic. McCormick Culinary Garlic Powder is great in any dish where you want to infuse garlic flavor without adding granules. Powders blend seamlessly into liquids and other dry ingredients. With garlic powder, you have a convenient seasoning in hand for adding savory, rich flavor to all your favorite recipes.
