The Whole Beef

Single-source. Dry-aged. A year of premium beef, one ranch behind it. FARM-RAISED | SINGLE-SOURCE | DRY-AGED 14–21 DAYS Most American families have no idea where their beef comes from. A pound of grocery store ground beef can contain meat from dozens of animals, multiple farms, and multiple countries — blended together, labeled generically, and sold without traceability. A McBee Whole is the opposite of that. When you order a whole beef from McBee Farm & Cattle Co., you're buying beef from a single animal, raised in the Heartland on regenerative grazing practices, dry-aged 14 to 21 days in our own SQF-certified facility, and butchered to boneless specifications. One cow. One ranch. One family accountable from pasture to freezer. This is how beef was bought for a hundred years before the grocery store replaced the butcher — and it's still the single best way to fill a freezer with premium meat at a real per-pound value. At roughly $3.00 to $3.50 per person per meal, it's also the lowest effective cost per meal you can buy anywhere for beef of this quality. Most whole beef takes 6 to 8 weeks. Ours ships within a week. We keep our whole beef orders cut, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen on-site — ready to ship the week you order. No deposits. No waiting lists. No calls six weeks later asking for final payment. Pay in full at checkout, and your freezer is stocked within days. Why buy a whole beef: Lowest per-pound price we offer — premium cuts at a fraction of grocery or butcher-shop pricing Feeds a family of four for 9 to 12 months — roughly $3.00–$3.50 per person per meal Single-source traceability — every cut in the box came from the same animal Dry-aged 14–21 days for concentrated flavor and tenderness All boneless cuts — easier storage, faster thaw, zero waste Ships within a week — no 6–8 week processing delay Raised in the Heartland on regenerative practices, no added hormones Processed in our own SQF-certified facility — farm-to-wrapper, no middleman Pay over time with ShopPay Installments — split your order into interest-free monthly payments (subject to approval) Backed by the Cowboy Code What's included: 450 lbs total of boneless beef 45 lbs of boneless steaks — assortment of filets, ribeyes, KC strips, and sirloins 105 lbs of roasts and specialty cuts — chuck roasts, tri-tip, brisket, and more 300 lbs of ground beef That's enough premium beef to feed a family of four for 9 to 12 months — steaks for date nights, roasts for Sundays, and ground beef for everything in between. How it works: Order today — pay in full at checkout, or split into interest-free monthly payments with ShopPay Installments. We pack your order — vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and loaded with dry ice. Ships within a week — delivered to your door. You stock your freezer — a full year of premium single-source beef, ready to cook. Freezer space matters. A whole beef order takes up significant freezer capacity — roughly 15 to 18 cubic feet of freezer space. Before you order, make sure you've got a dedicated chest freezer or deep freezer with room. Most standard kitchen freezers can't hold a whole beef on their own. If you're not sure you have the space, consider our Half Beef — same quality, same story, half the volume, same ships-within-a-week promise. Questions before you order?
