MB-1 Microphone Preamp Booster

If you record podcasts or live stream then you know how difficult it can be to get a strong signal without a bunch of noise. Especially when you’re recording at home. High-end recording studios don’t have this problem because they use expensive microphone preamps to amplify the signal.   With the Coda MB-1 you can get this same clean gain boost and audio quality at home. The MB-1 is a professional grade vocal microphone preamp booster that adds 25dB of clean & quiet gain to your microphone. The noise is rated at an astonishing -70dB. This all gives you substantially more gain without all of the hiss and hums.  The MB-1 operates on 48V phantom power, but that power doesn’t pass through the microphones. That means it's 100% safe on sensitive ribbon mics. It's also a natural pairing with dynamic microphones like the Shure SM7B, EV RE20, Sennheiser MD421, and more affordable options like the Shure SM57 and SM58. USES 48V PHANTOM POWER TO ADD CLEAN GAIN: Professional dynamic mic preamp activator that uses 48V phantom power to add 25dB of clean gain to dynamic and ribbon microphones while dropping the noise floor to an astonishing -70dB. FOR STUDIO AND BROADCAST RECORDING: In the studio, boost the signal of quiet instrument sources like vocals, percussion or acoustic instruments, while maintaining the natural sound of your microphone. FOR LIVE SOUND: Durable enough for the stage, and quiet enough for the studio. For live sound, you can reduce line noise on long cable runs and improve the gain before feedback ratio for public speakers or singers. REDUCE FEEDBACK WHILE ADDING MICROPHONE CLARITY: with -70dB noise rating you'll be able to cut through the mix without adding feedback or unwanted hiss and hum.
