Maynard House Plan

You need a house plan that matches your lifestyle. If you have an active lifestyle, love the outdoors, have a large family, or love to entertain, then the Maynard house plan is just right for you. You will find that all the features you are looking for will be found in this beautiful, carefully crafted design. Take advantage of the views with this walk-out basement home. The basement level is left unfinished so you can build it out as you need it. But you are not locked into a layout right now. The unfinished basement is great for storage just as it is. Plus, it has a pool bath which gives it a leg up when you decide to finish this space. You’ll be glad you have a 3 car garage, even if you don’t have 3 cars. You can use the extra space for a work shop. Don’t worry about tracking dirt into the house, there is a powder bath and a large utility room located right off the garage. If you are bringing in the groceries you’ll love the fact that the expansive walk-in pantry is a straight shot from the garage. The kitchen with the adjacent breakfast nook is a great space, but you are not limited to just cooking there. Out in the Lanai is the built-in grill with a sink and a refrigerator. The perfect place to prepare meals on a weekend, or even a week day. If it gets chilly out on your sun deck, it's time to retire to the great room. There is nothing better than relaxing around your fireplace on a chilly night, or any night for that matter. The open floor plan makes the great room, dining area and the kitchen feel inclusive. People cooking or grabbing a drink won’t feel left out. While the open floor plan is great for large gatherings, sometimes you need privacy. That is where the master suite comes in. The master bedroom is as big as you’d ever want with access to the sun deck. Peace and tranquility will abound thanks to the generous his-and-hers walk-in closets. If there is any friction, you can workout your stress in your private exercise room. After you’ve worked up a good sweat, you can take a relaxing soak in the tub in your ample master bath. Your guests and other family members also have their private places as well. The second floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The loft is a great space for quiet time. Or you could just retire to the very large balcony and enjoy the views. And much like the basement, the unfinished space over the garage is a welcome bonus. It can be left as it is for extra storage. Or it could be finished into a media room with a wet bar. Or it could become a fifth bedroom. The possibilities are endless. The Maynard, a modern European styled home has all the features an active lifestyle needs. Plus, it has many areas that can be finished as you want, or they can be left alone and give you tons of storage space. It is the house you’d design for yourself, but we’ve saved you the time.
