Mayhem - Norman Osborn / Green Goblin - Commander Deck

How the Deck Works:   This deck is a discard-focused Commander deck built around Green Goblin's Mayhem ability. This deck combines aggressive discard mechanics with payoffs that reward you for sending cards to the bin—perfect for players who thrive on disruption and turning discards into advantage. The deck features synergies that punish opponents for empty hands, generate value from discarded creatures, and leverage graveyard recursion. Whether you're playing competitively or casually, Mayhem delivers a unique play-style that keeps opponents off-balance while building toward explosive turns. Note: This is a double sided commander and you can choose to cast either side from your hand or the command zone. Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin (Double Sided) Norman Osborn {1}{U} (Front) Norman Osborn can’t be blocked. Whenever Norman Osborn deals combat damage to a player, he connives. (Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.) {1}{U}{B}{R}: Transform Norman Osborn. Activate only as a sorcery. Green Goblin {1}{U}{B}{R} (Back) Flying, menace Spells you cast from your graveyard cost {2} less to cast. Goblin Formula — Each nonland card in your graveyard has mayhem. The mayhem cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast a card from your graveyard for its mayhem cost if you discarded it this turn. Timing rules still apply.)
