Maxx-Dri Vest Advanced Body Armor Cooling System

Maxx-Dri Advanced Body Armor Cooling System - Save 10% Wearing body armor for long shifts is brutal. Heat builds up. Sweat gets trapped. Your vest starts rubbing. Your shirt gets soaked. Then come the itching, chafing, odor, and skin irritation that make every hour feel longer than it should. The Maxx-Dri Advanced Body Armor Cooling System was built to solve that problem. This bundle combines the 221B Tactical Maxx-Dri Vest Advanced with the Silver ELITE Anti-Itch, Anti-Rash, Anti-Odor Base Layer Shirt to create a complete comfort system under your body armor. The Maxx-Dri Vest Advanced formerly Maxx-Dri Vest 4.0 creates space between your body and your armor so air can move where heat and sweat normally get trapped. The Silver ELITE Base Layer Shirt sits directly against your skin to help fight itching, rashes, odor, and sweat discomfort during long hours in uniform. Together, they help keep you cooler, drier, and more comfortable under body armor. And when you get them together as a system, you save 10%. "It Really Works. The vest itself is quite lightweight, but very well made....I tried it outdoors a few times in the Florida heat with a plate carrier and plates and the stand off it provided really does make the difference in keeping you a bit cooler. Definitely worth the money if you live in a warm environment." —Guy McCardle Jr. (May 3, 2024) Built For Long Hours Under Body Armor Body armor was designed to protect you. But it was not designed to keep you cool. That is why so many officers, corrections professionals, security personnel, and tactical users deal with the same problems every shift. Heat. Sweat. Chafing. Odor. Rashes. Discomfort. Most people try to fix this with just a better shirt. That helps, but it does not solve the trapped heat problem. Others try a spacer vest, but still wear a basic cotton or cheap synthetic shirt underneath. That helps with airflow, but it does not fully address what is happening at the skin level. This system does both. You get airflow from the Maxx-Dri Vest Advanced and skin level comfort from the Silver ELITE Base Layer Shirt. "Product does as it says. I was skeptical, however all the reviews where positive. Tried it out and was pleasantly surprised. Air was circulating under my plate carrier and kept me cool. Also, the Silver Elite Shirt also helped with keeping me cool so as a system they work hand and hand. Highly recommend!" —Dave (June 14, 2023) Why This System Works The Maxx-Dri Vest Advanced creates a breathable barrier between your body and your armor carrier. "Stopped skin infections for my husband! My husband works armed security and this summer has been brutal. Rashes, then a skin infection, led us to the dermatologist for treatment and biopsies. I began to search for an alternative to his long-preferred compression shirts and found 221b. What a game changer! Within days of making the change in shirts the rashes were calmed down, and the infections have stayed gone. He says he is far more comfortable, stays drier, and is very happy with the change. Thank you for making such a terrific product!" —Melissa G.
