"I have been a cop for 33 years. I now walk a foot beat and carry 27lbs of gear in the summer working outside events....OMG ! This this a game changer!! It does add some slight bulk under your vest but its very comfortable, very light and I actually can feel a breeze crawling up my front and back! I now go home less sweaty and have more energy at work." —Michael K. (Oct. 4, 2021)   300,000 MILLION ECSTATIC CUSTOMERS More than 300,000 police, military and private security personnel worldwide use the Maxx-Dri Vest, and have given it more than 20,000 5-star reviews! Lightweight construction, adjustable fit, and superior ventilation, Maxx-Dri not only works. It works brilliantly: A revolutionary solution to keeping you cool, dry, odor-free, comfortable, focused and safe while wearing body armor in hot, humid weather (and drier and warmer in the cold). "I love this thing. Taking my vest off when I get home no longer feels like peeling off an outer skin and my undershirt doesn't come off drenched in sweat. Absolutely worth the money." —Paul R. (Aug. 15, 2021) Maxx-Dri is the product that started 221B Tactical, created by co-founder and former police officer Suresh Madhavan, who had suffered many long days in body armor and was determined to find a better way. Ultra thin and light as a feather, Maxx-Dri Vest 4.0 provides a layer of space between your armor and body/base-layer shirt. It works whether you’re wearing an external plate carrier or internal armor beneath your uniform shirt. The mesh design with large air-flow holes, and front-to-back dual chambers, lets heat and moisture escape, while bringing in and circulating fresh air. The vest material is anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and holds no moisture at all, so sweat can’t get to your body armor. Both your armor and Maxx-Dri Vest stay clean and odorless, and don’t need frequent laundering. "It’s been 90 everyday since the Maxx-Dri vest arrived. It is absolutely amazing. I used to have heat rash and a smelly vest at the end of the day. Now it feels like it’s 75 and my ballistic vest is nearly dry." —Brad G. (Jun. 3, 2021) "Stop the stink. This product has saved me soo much time and effort. No more tearing apart the vest to constantly wash it because the funk coming from it is enough to knock a buzzard off of a gut pile." —Kara G. (Aug. 8, 2021)   YOUR ARMOR WILL FEEL LIGHTER Maxx-Dri Vest provides full 360-degree coverage everywhere your armor rests. A hook and loop closure system provides a secure and adjustable fit. Shoulder straps secure it to your body armor, the side straps are wide, mesh and breathable, and a center divider provides "grip" so the vest doesn't slip and shift around. The Maxx-Dri material provides cushioning, but because it doesn’t compress, it distributes the weight of your armor more evenly across your body and torso. The overall effect is that your armor feels lighter and more like part of your body, rather than something you’re wearing. You feel less fatigued over time. "WISH I'D KNOWN ABOUT THIS SOONER" We hear this a lot from customers who are incredulous at how well Maxx-Dri really works. "A No Brainer!!! I wish I new about this sooner and I have to say this is like magic. You can literally feel air going through the vest and keeping you from a sticky sweaty shirt." —Jorge C. (Dec. 7, 2022) "I’ve had the vest for about a week and a half and wow. I can’t believe I didn’t hear about this sooner. It’s beyond comfortable and allows PLENTY of airflow between myself and my soft armor. I also don’t sweat as much while wearing it." —Matt M.
