Blocks the sun COMPLETELY and provides a great insulating factor from the outside elements. This is a premium quality lining. Cotton Sateen- will allow light through the panel. Please keep in mind that you will see the seams of the stripes when the light shines through. This is a premium quality lining. Additional add-ons: Interlining - an optional addition to the draperies. A great insulating factor and gives a high quality feel to the draperies by creating thickness and plushness. Interlining lies between the lining and the drapery fabric and has a flannel like feel.
