Maximum Inc. Harbormaster Time and Tide Clock in Brass, Nickel, Chromo

Harbormaster makes it easy to find the time and tide at your favorite beach or sailing spot. Powered by a single AA battery, it tracks the 12 hr, 25 min average between tides — regardless of location — and allows you to mark when the tide will turn. Track the tide with Harbormaster, a precision East Coast tide clock. It makes it easy to track the tide at your favorite coastal location, regardless of where you are. Harbormaster is designed to withstand harsh marine environments, and has been water rated to withstand splashing. Safe for indoor or outdoor use, it can be mounted indoors or outside.  Fluctuations in conditions, location, and the distance of the Moon from Earth can affect this average. However, over a lunar month, your Harbormaster tide clock will provide a practical indication of local tides.  Harbormaster displays the current date, high tide time, high tide height, and low tide time on an easy-to-read analog face. The Moon dial shows the direction of the Moon's travel around the Earth on any given day. Because the moon influences the tides, Harbormaster can be used to track lunar cycles as well. It also makes a great night light, with its soft warm glow reminding you of sunsets on the water.
