Maximum Controls MXG70 Gear Reducer 900:1

Size 70, 900:1 Gearbox for MAX MEGATRON 1400 PRO Operators The Maximum Controls MXG70 Gear Reducer is a Size 70, 900:1 square flange gearbox used on compatible Maximum Controls MAX MEGATRON slide gate operators. This gear reducer includes the output shaft and is designed to transfer motor power into the controlled torque output needed for heavy-duty slide gate movement. The MXG70 is compatible with MAX MEGATRON 1400 PRO and MAX MEGATRON 1400 HP PRO slide gate operators. A worn or failing gear reducer can cause noisy operation, rough travel, binding, inconsistent movement, drive hesitation, or loss of proper gate output. Replacing the gearbox with the correct Size 70, 900:1 gear reducer helps restore the operator’s drive connection and supports proper slide gate travel under load. Key Features Replacement gear reducer for compatible Maximum Controls slide gate operators Size 70 gearbox with 900:1 reduction ratio Square flange gearbox configuration Output shaft included Compatible with MAX MEGATRON 1400 PRO slide gate operators Compatible with MAX MEGATRON 1400 HP PRO slide gate operators Helps transfer motor power into controlled gate drive movement Common replacement part for worn, noisy, damaged, or failing gearbox assemblies Used in heavy-duty slide gate operator service, repair, and drive system maintenance Technical Specifications Manufacturer: Maximum Controls Part Number: MXG70 Product Type: Gear reducer / gearbox Gearbox Size: Size 70 Reduction Ratio: 900:1 Flange Type: Square flange Included Component: Output shaft Application: Heavy-duty slide gate operator drive system Compatibility: MAX MEGATRON 1400 PRO and MAX MEGATRON 1400 HP PRO slide gate operators Function: Reduces motor speed and transfers torque through the operator drive system Use Case: Replacement gearbox for worn, damaged, noisy, binding, or failing gear reducer assemblies Condition: New replacement part Verification Required: Confirm operator model, gearbox size, reduction ratio, flange configuration, and existing part before ordering Conclusion The Maximum Controls MXG70 Gear Reducer is a replacement Size 70, 900:1 gearbox for compatible MAX MEGATRON slide gate operators.
