Maximum Controls MX105 Loop Rack for Gate Operators

Exit, Center, and Safety Loop Rack for Maximum Controls Operators The Maximum Controls MX105 Loop Rack is a replacement loop detector rack used inside compatible Maximum Controls gate operator control boxes. This board provides the plug-in interface for vehicle loop detectors used with in-ground loop systems, including Exit, Center, and Safety loop positions. In gate automation systems, these loops help manage vehicle detection for opening commands, vehicle presence, anti-tailgate behavior, and access sequencing around the gate path. The MX105 is used when the loop rack is missing, damaged, corroded, or no longer providing proper detector connection points. The Maximum Controls manual shows this loop rack used with compatible EDI plug-in loop detectors, including LMA1800 and LMA1800-LP models, with the LMA1800-LP shown for low-current loop detector setups. Confirm the existing loop rack, control box layout, and operator documentation before ordering. Key Features Replacement loop rack for compatible Maximum Controls gate operator control boxes SKU MX105 for parts identification and ordering Provides plug-in positions for Exit, Center, and Safety loop detectors Supports compatible EDI plug-in loop detectors, including LMA1800 and LMA1800-LP Supports in-ground vehicle loop detector integration for exit, center, and safety loop functions Helps restore loop detector connectivity when the original rack is damaged or missing Used in gate systems requiring vehicle detection, presence sensing, or anti-tailgate support Installs inside the Maximum Controls control box at the loop rack location Loop detectors, loop wire, conduit, and field wiring are sold separately Technical Specifications Manufacturer: Maximum Controls Part Number: MX105 Product Type: Loop detector rack Application: Gate operator in-ground loop detector interface Loop Positions: Exit, Center, Safety Detector Type: Plug-in loop detector interface Compatible Plug-In Detectors Shown in Manual: EDI LMA1800 and EDI LMA1800-LP Low-Power/Solar Note: Manual shows LMA1800-LP loop detectors for low-current loop detector setups System Compatibility: Compatible Maximum Controls gate operator control boxes using the MX105 loop rack Primary Function: Provides loop detector connection points for in-ground vehicle loop systems Installation Location: Inside the gate operator control box Use Case: Replacement rack for damaged, missing, or non-functioning loop detector connection boards Included Components: Loop rack board only Not Included: Plug-in loop detectors, loop wire, conduit, and field wiring Verification Required: Confirm existing board, loop rack layout, and operator manual before ordering Conclusion The Maximum Controls MX105 Loop Rack is a service replacement board for Maximum Controls operators that use plug-in loop detectors for Exit, Center, and Safety loop functions. Because loop detection is tied directly to gate access behavior, vehicle presence sensing, and anti-tailgate logic, matching the MX105 to the existing control box layout and detector setup is important before replacement.
